What does a day in the life of a Catering Manager at Cater Care look like?
Overseeing the general catering operation of the Kitchens, Residential Halls, and Events
Being the face of Cater Care to residents and customers of the facility
Meeting the various needs of the facilities management team
Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)
Ensure compliance to the Food safety program
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
Maintaining budgetary KPIs
Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
Leading a diverse team to achieve their best
Liaising with Internal and external Clients to organise and oversee function Catering and events
**Skills and Experiences**:

Ability to work independently, and as a team member
Ability to lead, encourage and drive a supportive culture
A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (high volume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded but is not essential).
Operational experience in the conference and events sector
