**Your day to day**
In this role, you will lead the hotel housekeeping function to achieve housekeeping excellence by maintaining high standards and ensuring a quality stay for each and every guest.

You will be no stranger to the day to day functions of a Housekeeping Manager as your day will include imbedding the Holiday Inn brand quality standards across your team, leading your team to ensure efficiencies and productivity targets are met, allocation of rooms/tasks and maintaining health and safety initiatives. You will confidently work alongside other departments ensuring the hotel works as one team to deliver wonderful experiences to our guests.

You will be a people-person who is confident in identifying areas of improvement, ensuring smooth onboarding for our new colleagues and being involved with regular coaching of your team members.

**What we need from you**
What we need from you:

- Housekeeping management experience in a similar role for 2+ years in a property of similar size & standard
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping best practices and an excellent eye for detail
- A logical and open approach to problem solving
- A strong work ethic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- A proven track record in coaching team members for their personal and professional development and you value succession planning
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
