A variety of shifts and hours are available, permanent full-time, part-time and casual.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
- Ensure site cleanliness and the best customer experience
- Respond to customers' enquiries, and educate customers on the use of Waves equipment.
- Carry out general planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.
- React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue.
- Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Work on a rotational roster to cover weekends and public holidays.
- High level of personal presentation

**Skills & Experience**:

- Basic Mechanical, Welding, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical skills are an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to undertake all aspects of site cleaning.
- Have a current driver’s licence.
- Must have a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work unsupervised or with mínimal supervision
- Be a reliable worker committed to the company's growth
- Visa / Residency status: Australian Citizen, Australian Residents, or hold a visa with work conditions.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
