At **Eden Academy Bardon** we operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 64 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**In your role as a Educator**:

- You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
- Available to work Monday to Friday across varying shifts, with flexibility to be on-call and cover unplanned leave at short notice.
