Production workers

We are recruiting multiple positions across day shift and night shifts for well-established production companies within the food and beverage, meat and poultry manufacturing industries in Sydney’s west. There are multiple roles available for wetdish factory workers, butcher, knife hands and production workers - both day and night shifts available. Ongoing positions 38 hours per week

Requirements needed for this role:

- Excellent knife skills, boner slicer
- General manual labour - i.e. packing, cutting / weighing, preparing, etc
- Ability to follow systems and processes
- Manual handling varying between 10-20kgs, repetitive heavy lifting
- Strong focus on and adherence to safety
- Work across different production departments
- Able to maintain consistent attendance
- Physically fit and be able to work with ALL types of meat (beef, chicken and pork)
- Reliable transport - not easily accessed by public transport
- Flexibility to work in early morning shifts from 4am and punctuality

About you:

- A self-starter who has strong interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Must have full working rights
- Own reliable transport to and from work
