About the Role
Become part of a team that is focused on growing our business banking presence.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Small Business Specialist to join our Business Banking Team in our SE Queensland region.
As a Small Business Specialist, you will focus on fostering and developing relationships with our business members, partnering with our retail branch network and other business banking specialists, and preparing high quality lending proposal documents and submissions. We want the successful applicant to enjoy working with, and be active, in the local business community and align with our organisational values of being genuine and putting people first.
About You
- Experience in SME/Business Banking and portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with staff, industry contacts and Members.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including negotiation and communication.
