About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers and ensuring that they have an enjoyable experience at our frozen yogurt shop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing a warm welcome
- Assisting customers in choosing their yogurt flavors and toppings
- Handling cash and card transactions and operating the cash register
- Preparing and serving frozen yogurt and other menu items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store
- Following all health and safety procedures and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and evenings
- Previous experience in a customer service role or food service industry is preferred but not required
