**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you will take ownership, and deliver in this Risk Culture role. Working collaboratively with People & Culture, this role oversees IAG’s distinct risk culture methodology, to plan and implement aligned cultural initiatives. Delivering against a well-established and leading risk culture assessment and reporting program, it includes executive presence with divisional risk committee and board level reporting. The role will see you working in a close-knit team, and you will work cross functionally across IAG to challenge develop and oversee the delivery of Risk Culture assessments and risk awareness programs for IAG.

This role is a permanent full-time role.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in behavioural risk/risk culture in financial services or consulting environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Managing and delivering reporting and projects to tight deadlines
- Experience presenting to the senior stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences, or related discipline
- You are a team player, open minded and are curious
