**Your new company**
A Not-for-profit client of mine is seeking a passionate team member to join the finance team in the AP space.

**Your new role**
The key areas of responsibility for this position are as follows:

- Correct coding of payable Invoices.
- Invoice Entry/import into the accounting system.
- Process payment of all invoices.
- Month End Supplier Statement Reconciliation.
- Timely response and attendance to supplier’s enquiries.
- Timely and accurate processing of staff expense reimbursements.
- Timely and accurate processing of Corporate Credit Cards.
- Processing weekly payment batches.
- Assist with monthly reporting requirements.
- Well organised filing and record keeping.
- Brokerage billing and related reconciliations.
- Complete Petty Cash processing and reconciliation.
- Lining up payments in the bank.
- Resolve vendor issues as required and reconcile all vendor statements in the accounting system.
- Reconciliation of Creditors’ Control Account to Payables sub ledger.
- Managing Fleet &Facilities of the company and maintain related records.
- Assist with ad hoc requests and other finance related matters as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Preferred qualification including diploma in accounting/ book keeping or accounting degree.
- At least 2 to 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
- You must be eligible to live and work in Australia without restrictions.
