Real Community Services was established in January 2006 and now provides thousands of personal support hours per week to hundreds of people with a disability such as mental health, acquired brain injury or neurological conditions by focusing on empowering and improving their lifestyles.

With a brilliant team across Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast, we are there to help our Participants to achieve their goals to live a fulfilling life. **About the Role**

Our participant is urgently seeking an active young male support worker. Your role will involve assisting the participants with ongoing support to help him achieve his goals. You must be fit and active to engage into outdoor activities and able to handle challenging situation may encounter with patience.

It is essential that you have experience assisting children with ASD, ADHD, and non-verbal. Your English mush be good with basic sign language skill is essential.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities highly desirable
- Experience in Non-verbal ASD and ADHD
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Current Paid employee Blue Card (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain before employment)
- NDIS ‘Worker Orientation’ module (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Full Australian working rights
- Smart phone with internet access
- Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required
