Melbourne, Australia Clearviews Support Services Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, and toileting
- Assist clients with community access, such as accompanying them to appointments, shopping, or social events
- Provide domestic assistance, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records of client care and support plans
- Work closely with other team members, including Allied Health Professionals, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
- **Experience in High Care is preferred**:

- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Availability to work rotating rostered hours within a 24-hour, 7-day a week
- Driver's License and own car with Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Screen Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Certificate in Infection Control Training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with children with ASD preferred
