The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman's Residence. The Homestead and six acres of grounds have been sympathetically restored, allowing it to once again become the ‘Jewel in Knox City’. The venue is renovated to add a function hall hosting 250 pax to an already existing Ala
- carte restaurant for 200 pax and lawns for weddings and outdoor functions. The operations extend from lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and High-Teas.

FOH:

- Supervisors, Barista, Bar Tenders, Waitstaff, Runners( Full Time & Casuals)

Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service

COFFEE & BAR TENDING skills would be a plus Previous

A La Carte restaurant/bar experience which include tray service and handling large volumes of tables

Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling

A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests

A current RSA Willingness to undergo our specified training program

Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $24.95 - $44.66 per hour
