**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.**
- The BIM Manager/Design Technology Leader must be an expert in devising BIM strategy for the company and its implementation at project level, staff upskill and specific training as well as internal and external communication as a thought leader in the field.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary studio and advance BIM/Digital systems for a well-established Revit office.
- The BIM Manager/Design Technology Leader focus is on BIM initiatives and emerging design technology including but not limited to software, standards, training, project interface, support, BIM & Digital Engineering marketing, and the overall implementation of BIM company wide.
- Assisting the directors in commercialising Digital Engineering and BIM offering across our projects is key to the growth of this role and the team that supports it.
- Part of our clients Sydney strategic business plan is to remain at the forefront of BIM and Digital Engineering within the AEC industry.
- It is crucial that the BIM Manager/Design Technology Leader collaborates with business leaders and consultants in the design industry to ensure we are setting and maintaining BIM standards and project outputs that surpass our client’s expectations and maintain industry best practice.
- Consequently, allowing our client to remain at the leading edge within the AEC industry.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary Degree (bachelor level) in Engineering, Built Environment, or Architecture.
- Must have at least 7+ years full time Australian experience working and managing IT & BIM systems in an Australian based architectural practice.
- Must be advanced in Revit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train others. The ability to lead and communicate with a team is essential.
