We're on the hunt for talented casual and full time Baristas to join our brand-new team at **Wards Central Dining **based in Shenton Park.
- Our new venue will be open Monday - Sunday 7am - 5pm.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing food business where we are all passionate about providing exceptional customer service

We are looking for talented Baristas to join us at our new venue based in Shenton Park that will be opening its doors soon This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and be involved in establishing a brand new venue. Our venue will be focussed on delivering a seamless casual restaurant experience to our customers.

This new venue will be our forth location to open in Perth and will be our largest so far Our brand already includes **North Street Store**, **Little Loaf Lunch bar **and **Big Loaf Factory Bakery **, and we are excited to continue delivering our exceptional products and service to a new customer base in central Shenton Park. The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. **Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in the specialty coffee market
- Confident with dialling in espresso and milk texturing
- Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships

**What will you be doing?**
- Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
- Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
- Assisting the front of house team with other customer service duties, as required.
