**Position Overview**:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and provides outstanding customer service. You’ll lead by example, supporting a team of employees, maintaining store operations, and ensuring that our customers always leave satisfied.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and staff supervision.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are well-maintained.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members, encouraging them to achieve personal and team goals.
- Support the implementation of store promotions and marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash, process transactions, and prepare reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail management or leadership roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).

Pay: $46,666.42 - $72,741.54 per year
