Position: NDIS Support Worker

Location: Beaumont Hills

We are currently seeking a dedicated NDIS Support Worker to provide essential care and support for an NDIS participant in Beaumont Hills. The role involves breaking shifts into two parts, covering both before and after school drop-offs, with daily shifts lasting 2 to 3 hours. During school holidays, there will be an increase in shifts. We are looking for individuals who are committed, compassionate, and willing to contribute positively to the participant's well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up the NDIS participant and assist in preparing them for school.
- Safely transport the participant to school.
- Pick up the participant from school and accompany them home.
- Explore optional activities, such as visits to the park or playing basketball, fostering a positive and engaging environment for the participant.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience as an NDIS Support Worker is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift lengths and additional activities.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling responsibilities.
- Genuine passion for providing quality support and enhancing the participant's daily experiences.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beaumont Hills, NSW 2155: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
