TDL is a leading commercial and residential landscape company in Western Australia that has been operating for 40 years. We have designed, constructed and maintained many of Western Australia’s most iconic gardens. Based on an all-inclusive design, construct and maintenance model, the business has been growing and evolving which has continued to strengthen our unique brand. TDL now employs over 140 people on projects in Perth and the Southwest.

**THE ROLE**

Through the advancement of our staff and our continued growth, TDL are excited to have multiple full-time opportunities in our Maintenance teams for suitably experienced **Lead Gardeners**. Lead Gardeners will be in alignment with our company values (Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Passion), have at least 3 years of experience and have the ability to lead and mentor junior team members with level of passion for horticulture. Ideally, you will have a trade certificate in horticulture or a related field and a current driver’s license (MR/HR, preferably).

As a **Lead Gardener **you will lead your team to deliver our services to the quality standards and expectations of TDL and our clients. You will be supported and recognised for the safe, efficient and high-quality completion of jobs.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU NEED**:

- Experience in gardening and a critical understanding of Horticultural best practice.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Motivated and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Trade Certificate in Horticulture (Cert III) or equivalent and/or a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
