As a **Hotel Porter**, you will be naturally confident with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests by answering all types of enquiries, handling of guest arrivals and departures, including assisting with their luggage.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Delivery of luggage to rooms
- Assist with directions of hotel complex
- Valet park and retrieve guests vehicles
- Provide general information of the surrounding areas

**What are we looking for**:

- Ability to consistently work night shifts - 11:00pm to 7:06am
- A warm and welcoming approach to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming
- A sound knowledge of the local area and Sydney events
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
- Open Australian drivers license
