**A prestigious Financial Services provider is seeking a Network Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.**
Leveraging your solid networking, BGP, TCP/IP and ITSM knowledge and experience, the main responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to alerts, troubleshooting network access issues, installing / configuring network devices as well as updating patches and delivering new services for clients.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Tertiary qualifications with relevant industry certifications (i.e. CCNA)
- Previous experience working in a Desktop Support / System Administration / Network Administration capacity
- Solid background in networking (routers, switches, firewalls) with understanding of various network protocols (BGP, OSFP etc)
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP
- Knowledge and experience working in a Linux environments
- Understanding of ITSM
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
