**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning through play and hands-on experiences.
- Observe and assess children's development, behavior, and learning progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Foster a classroom environment that supports positive social interaction and emotional growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other staff and professionals to support the individual needs of each child.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s or Diploma certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (required/preferred).
- State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education (if applicable).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
