PRONIA, meaning “to provide”, is an established community services agency with a rich 50-year history servicing the needs of the culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including the Australian-Greek community. We advocate for the vulnerable and provide innovative services to meet current and emerging multicultural community needs including: aged care, NDIS, early education, and family & community programs.

**What you will be doing**

We are looking for a Project Worker for our Family and Community Services Unit, who will primarily be focusing on working to support carers through a 4 year funded project undertaking a broad range of activities. You will also be working alongside other stakeholders across additional projects. This role is designed for someone who is can draw upon social/health and project management skills to engage with multiple stakeholders across a wide scope of family and community issues.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end management and delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the unit’s program development through research, translating research into practice.
- Contribute to and help coordinate the information and resource development of PRONIA’s publications

**What we offer**
- Fixed term (4 years), Part time (Monday-Thursday, 30hours per week) employment.
- **Salary at level 3-4 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 ($34.04-$42.25per/hr)**, plus super.
- **Salary packaging of up to $18,500**.
- All day parking available within walking distance, and close to public transport.
- Greek language skills - essential
- Qualifications in social/health disciplines - essential
- Prior experience in similar project roles with demonstrated project management experience
- Knowledge of key issues in working with carers
- Demonstrated research and report writing skills
- High level of communication skills, with demonstrated ability in engaging with people one to one and in group settings, to different audiences and in different formats

**Other requirements**
- Current driver license and access to own vehicle.
- Undergo national police record check
- Own IT infrastructure at home to enable work from home capabilities during periods of lockdown or where directed by the business.
- Note: In accordance with PRONIA policy, Applicants must have a minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, or have a valid medical exemption certificate._
