Aged Care Support Worker

We are a provider of Home and Disability Services Care, operating within the frameworks of both the NDIS and Home Care Packages. Our range of offerings includes Home Care support, Independent Living Support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, and Nursing Care for individuals in the disability and aged care sectors. Our goal is to become the foremost and most reliable care provider in Australia.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Providing personal care such as assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and administering medication.
- Offering social support by facilitating transportation for social activities, shopping, and medical appointments.
- Performing light household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assisting participants with complex or challenging needs.
- Providing updates on participant progress after each service.
- Supporting participants in acquiring life skills like cooking, cleaning, dressing, and using transportation to enhance independence.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Driver's license
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability) or more than one year Experience
- Able to speak different languages
- Working rights
- English
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $32.50 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
