**Skills and experience needed**:

- Proven experience as a Test Lead.
- Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence and Analytics systems.
- 5+ years of Database and ETL testing
- Experience carrying out Test Planning, stakeholder management, manual testing
- Knowledge of testing principles, methods, tools and technologies, including plans, scenarios, strategies and related procedures
- Experience designing and developing Test Plans and Test Cases with mínimal Requirements and Design documents
- Advanced SQL skills
- Testing experience in investment/Financial, Super, Insurance domains
- Ability to work autonomously and act as the point of contact on projects where required
- Proven experience in using industry standard Testing Techniques, including the use of decision tables and state transition diagrams
- Experience in an Agile software development and testing environment
- ISTQB certified Advance Technical Test Analyst or similar is preferred
- Industry experience within Superannuation is preferred
- Experience working within a DevOps environment is preferred
- Proven track record of a positive “Can Do” attitude is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and Plan the Testing framework which suits the Client Data platform
- Setup the Testing Maturity model for the data platform and identify the state the platform is at and determine the pathway for moving forward.
- Formulate the culture ‘Quality is everyone’s responsibility across the agile phases of SDLC in the Data platform.
- Ensure the “Test-Driven Delivery” is followed by adopting a shift-left testing approach and be a gatekeeper for production release.
- Formulate the feasibility analysis of the Data test automation framework suitable for the Client Data platform.
- Liaise with the Data scrum team to understand the needs and provide inputs to improve quality.
- Involve in all the work requests raised by the internal and external teams and ensure they are brought to closures after detailed testing.
