Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ETL Test Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent expertise in ETL test management and related roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality test outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large teams and programs for delivery of technical outcomes, as well as strong risk management ability to assess projects, clients, and environments for risks that may impact the business.

  • Possess good expertise on ETL Test Manager or related roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality test outcomes.
  • D deliver multiple testing projects to approved scope, budget, and quality expectations, working closely with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure assurance activities across all test deliverables, including review of test estimates, strategies, schedules, plans, and completion reports.
  • Promote test process excellence, efficiency, and reduced cost to project deployment, managing key testing stakeholders and project sponsors effectively.

Key Tasks:

  • Project planning, resourcing, and scheduling of assigned engagements, providing support to Business Operations for delivery planning of other engagements.
  • Provide leadership to internal and external teams, assisting with the delivery of services and ensuring that staff and customer delivery issues are addressed promptly.
  • Perform quality assurance for engagement deliverables, ensuring that risk management is in place and applied to the delivery of engagements.
  • Rich experience in governing and managing the IT testing function, preferably within a financial service organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading large teams and programs for delivery of technical outcomes.
  • Proven reporting and documentation skills, including the creation of strategic and tactical plans, producing reports for various audiences, and drafting of functional and non-functional tests cases.
