**Role Summary**
- Meet regularly with Global Account Managers to develop and execute strategies to support customer, OEM, and EPC stakeholders in APAC region
- Develop and leverage relationships with regional stakeholders to grow and support SEL solution adoption in the region.
- Leverage SEL and technical knowledge to provide base level support.
- Coordinate support activities with SEL SMEs across various organizations to support regional stakeholders’ technical and commercial needs
- SEL / team cultural fit
- Industrial power system and related SEL product knowledge
- Thrives in an autonomous work environment.

- Can navigate across organizations to get results
- Track record of success in similar customer facing role
- Ability to navigate regional nuances to build effective relationships across cultures
- Travel required across the APAC region, approx 20-30%

**Customer and Geographic Responsibilities**
- Primary - Supporting Global Accounts hyperscale data center customers throughout APAC region.
- Secondary - Growing sales into Amazon fulfillment centers, EV, etc.
- Secondary - Identifying potential Global Accounts customers in APAC region

**Preferred Location**:
Proximity to popular regional data center design and construction locations, ideally where an SEL office is located. Perth is preferred. Will consider other options in the region that align with criteria above.
