**Responsibilities**:
Here’s a snapshot into our Receptionist's other day to day activities:

- Be a friendly voice when our clients call or when they attend the office;
- Effective and efficient management of diaries, meeting rooms, AV equipment and the general running of the office (e.g. office supplies, access and security, legal compliance);
- Responsibility to manage the day-to-day IT supplies and queries, including liaising with our external service provider;
- Review of information, data entry and classification (e.g. credit card statements);
- Documentation preparation and collation as instructed by the team;
- Training of new team members with respect to the client experience and our soft phone system;
- Attendance at meetings, taking of meeting notes and ad-hoc preparation of reports as required by the business; and
- The reception role may be a job share so duties will involve any other ad-hoc administrative assistance as required to cover other team members (e.g. events set-up).
