Seeking a corporate and experienced Receptionist for a financial advisory firm based in West Perth

**Your new company**
A leading and well-established financial advisory firm based in West Perth, are seeking a professional and experienced corporate Receptionist to support the office. This organisation is conveniently located to public transport as well as nearby parking facilities. This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis with a competitive salary on offer in addition to excellent benefits.

**Your new role**
As the Office Receptionist you will act as first point of contact for the office, assisting clients in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks including;
- Management of phone calls and general inbox, redirecting queries as required
- Administering bookings for colleagues and internal services, including meeting rooms, appointments and catering
- General office up-keep ensuring that both front and back of house are presentable and tidy
- General data entry tasks with some requirements in typing up documents
- Adhoc administration tasks as needed such as scanning, filing, printing and more

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will evidently display previous experience within an Office Reception role. In addition you will have;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- A fantastic team player attitude
