McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fabricator to join our close-knit team. This role provides **job variety**, the chance to work with **new, well-maintained equipment** **in a clean and organised workshop,** and **early finishes on Fridays**—giving you more time to enjoy your weekends.

**Daily duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Perform general and intermediate welding including Aluminium and stainless
- Repair, fabricate and maintain machinery and equipment
- Conduct repairs, parts change-outs, and regular maintenance
- Assist with capital manufacturing projects
- Ensure all work complies with quality assurance protocols and safety standards

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade is essential
- Proven experience in a fabrication workshop or similar role
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- Availability for occasional weekend and on-call work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid 'C' class driver’s license is required
- Use of Autocad preferred but not essential
