Catholic Healthcare's Charles Oneill home is on the lookout for Catering Assistants to join our team to provide exceptional service for our residents.

In this role, you will work closely with our Chef and will assist with the preparation of fresh meals for our residents and ensuring that their nutritional requirements are always met. You will also deliver meals to our residents in a professional and efficient matter and maintain cleanliness in our dining room and servery areas.

**Shift times** 7am - 2pm + 2pm - 7.30pm _(dinner service)_

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- A fabulous attitude ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a similar role in Aged Care - ideal but not essential
- Knowledge in food preparation and safe food handling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Updated knowledge on HSW guidelines and HACCP requirements
- A Certificate in Hospitality / Food Safety is highly regarded
- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- COVID vaccinations x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain _(this has replaced the police check)_
