As a Collaborative Workshop Designer and Facilitator (Experience Manager) you’ll choreograph, design, and facilitate interactive client experiences - that enable our clients to transform in a tangible and impactful way.
- Design and facilitate interactive and impactful client experiences; leading primarily from the “front of room” as the driver of an experience in real-time, including group activities, facilitated break-out conversations, and outcome production
- Display emotional intelligence and deep understanding of the importance of energy, flow, and inspiration; leveraging adept listening skills and keen ability to navigate challenging discussions and viewpoints
- Act as a primary interface to clients and internal stakeholders, taking accountability for all aspects of planning and delivering experiences.

**Core Responsibilities**
- UX Design Assistance - Support UX design activities such as wireframing, prototyping, and creating design specifications and style guides
- Project Management - Developing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Client Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
