**About the role**

The Quality Administrator is responsible for the collation, record-keeping, and report preparation. This position assists in the maintenance of the integrity of the ISO 9001 certifications and reporting obligations associated with the Alliance Quality Management and Assurance System. This position also supports the Quality team to achieve Alliance assurance and audit obligations.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assist in the maintenance and tracking of the Business Management System, ensuring that the Alliance activities are documented and available in accordance with the current ISO Standards and reflect the expected requirements of the Alliance
- Update and maintain Alliance audit schedules
- Track and monitor progress of Alliance assurance and audit outcomes including non-conformance and remedial actions
- Support the Quality team in the development and maintenance of the Alliance Business Performance and Quality Assurance Performance reporting

**About you**
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to use those skills proactively;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Relevant experience within an administrative position;
- Experience in the provision of administrative support activities in a demanding and dynamic office environment with multiple competing priorities and strict deadlines;
- Sound organisational skills and high attention to detail;
- Certification in understanding the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Requirements;
- Certification in Internal, Lead/Integrated Auditing;
- Certification in Root Cause Analysis; and
- Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
