**The Role**
- This is a permanent full time work from home role but the location is up to you - **choose where you work**:

- Interesting and varied clients spanning many industry sectors across Australia - recruiting roles across the org chart
- Work within a highly skilled, professional and supportive team
- Educating clients about recruitment processes, the job market and working collaboratively with our HR Experts
- Pure delivery -** there is no sales**

As a
**Recruitment Expert**, you’ll manage diverse projects for clients spanning a range of industry sectors. You will manage and develop client relationships, taking job briefs and turning them into compelling job ads and effective sourcing strategies.

Working at the most senior level of the business, there is significant scope to affect the hiring strategies of our clients both at a tactical and strategic level, working in close partnership to help them define and achieve their recruitment goals, even in the most challenging of markets.

**Skills and Experience**
- Recruitment experience across a range of industries ideally covering the full spectrum of roles across companies
- Ability to develop long term client relationships & a passion for client service
- Strong commercial acumen with a bias for action
- Knowledge of Google mail, calendar & drive is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
