Mobile Commercial Cleaning Specialist

We are an established contract cleaning company based in Melbourne with operations throughout Australia.

We are currently seeking a mobile commercial cleaning specialist with experience in retail environments and/or shopping centres. In this role you will be required to travel to multiple sites across Northern, Western & South Eastern suburbs, assisting with daily operations. You must also be prepared to "Get your hands dirty" to train and educate staff on correct methodology and processes to achieve optimum results.

To be suitable for this role you must have substantial experience in the cleaning industry and display the following attributes:

- Great time Management
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to motivate staff
- High level of experience in commercial cleaning including pressure washing & sound knowledge of machinery
- Must be able to work autonomously
- The ability to develop relationships with clients
- High level of integrity
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning solutions & operations including OH&S practices
- Be prepared to be hands on when required
