As a **casual Team Member**, you'll work with a team in a store area focused on counter / customer service, deli, grocery or fruit & veg, and with a roster that fits around your highschool / college schedule.
- A **friendly attitude** and good communication skills are a must to provide the **attentive customer service** Hill Street is known for
- A love of working with **food and customers** will help you enjoy your role
- Energy, self-motivation and a positive mindset will support your success
- Being able to follow company procedures and regulations (particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety) is essential
- Being available to work 1 or 2 days a week after school, and 1 or 2 shifts at weekends is required. Additional / longer shifts during the summer holiday period (including Public Holidays) may be available too.
