About us
The Supreme Court of Victoria is currently undertaking a significant cultural and capability reform agenda. The Court is seeking an outstanding leader to drive this agenda while ensuring the court continues to deliver outstanding services across the organisation.
About you
The successful incumbent will have demonstrated experience in:
- managing a team of HR and OH&S professionals, ensuring the ongoing provision of support, coaching, development and mentoring
- provision of evidence based HR advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- successfully embedding new capability frameworks into organisations
- implementing a range of diversity and inclusion strategies leading to the development of a culture reflective of an organisation's local community
- implementing mental health support frameworks specifically designed to address the risk of vicarious trauma
- undertaking a comprehensive review of organisational recruitment, onboarding, induction and offboarding programs to deliver an applicant centric process that results in the development of a highly capable and responsive workforce
The successful incumbent will have the privilege of leading a team of highly experienced and dedicated human resources and occupational health and safety professionals.
