As an Approved Employer under the Pacific Labour Mobility Scheme (PALM), LSA is proud of its record of Worker Welfare and Pastoral Care of our Pacific Island workers across our HOST client sites in Regional Australia. As such we are looking for another unique individual to join our PALM Team as a Regional Manager.
Based in either Brisbane or Melbourne, this role is NOT your typical 9 to 5 recruitment role. As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of PALM Account managers within your region ensuring we provide welfare support to our Pacific Island workers.

What you can Offer Us
Experience in Regional, Branch Management or similar role
Engaging leadership style, strong communicator & relationship builder
Ability to help manage a high performing team and develop sound processes
Commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing Budget lines
Methodical, planned and highly organised with keen eye for the details
Must be "Resilient" and "Relentless"
Be able to self manage and work autonomously
