**About the role**

Lecturers are tasked with the effective delivery and assessment of units to support student success and learning. In addition to this, lecturers at SAE play an active role in developing the transferable skills of students for life long success.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Hold an AQF Level 9 equivalency or higher, in a related discipline;
- Possess significant industry experience in one or more SAE discipline areas
- Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Student-focused;
- Teamwork;
- Proficient in the use of industry specific software / hardware and processes;
- Excellent understanding of transferable skills;
- Cultural awareness;
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
