**Client Operations Executive - Contract Role**

Location: Melbourne, Australia
Contract: 4 months: March - June

Key Responsibilities*
*
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Supporting the Pulselive Delivery Team
- Be able to handle product configuration on the Pulselive Platform
- Be able to handle content population on the Pulselive Platform
- Work with clients to discuss and capture new goals and project requirements
- Work with clients to discuss and capture product bugs
- Be comfortable answering client communications via online tool or phone call
- Be able to write Pulselive Platform user guides and be able to train client staff to follow them
