Fix My Tech is an established local computer repair and I.T services business. We come to people in their business and home and provide expert I.T solutions. Our head office is based in Caulfield south where we have an I.T lab for repairs and to meet clients. Our emphasis is on customer experience and quality/speedy solutions.

Applicant must have own car.
- **Your key responsibilities and skills include**:_
- **Data recovery**:remove hard disk drives from computers and use data recovery software to recover files to external media. Outsource advanced data recovery to 3rd parties.
- **On-site support**:Troubleshoot and problem solve all aspects of residential tech support including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Provide **technical support** via telephone and remote control.
- **Hardware repairs** including:

- Laptop screen replacement
- Laptop battery replacement
- iMac refurbishment
- Laptop fan replacement
- **Software troubleshooting**: thorough understanding of all Microsoft Software including Windows and Office.
- **Network troubleshooting**: Be able to fully configure modem routers and a thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking.
- **Assess/diagnose**: In-workshop jobs and estimate the costs and estimate the clients.
- **CRM**:Use the client relationship management software and billing system effectively. -Document everything using the CRM and Knowledge base.
- **Bill customers**: & ensure prompt payment is requested.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
