**THE ROLE**

As part of our diverse team based in **Parramatta **you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of this role is to pro-actively finalise workers compensation claims and manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in accordance with EML’s guidelines, policies and procedures.

This will be **a maximum term contract **position commencing **as soon as possible** based in the Parramatta office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reviewing and analysing each claim in your portfolio and making appropriate claims management decisions in accordance with EML policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Developing, monitoring and updating Claims Management Plans (CMPs) to achieve positive Return To Work (RTW) goals
- Maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders relevant to each claim as per Service Standards
- Developing, monitoring and updating Claims Management Plans (CMPs) to achieve positive Return To Work (RTW) goals.
- Forecasting, developing and implementing strategies to overcome potential barriers in order to ensure a timely and durable RTW for the injured worker.
- Developing a working understanding of the relevant legislation or policy.
- Ensuring data within claim files are maintained with all relevant documentation and in accordance with internal documentation policies and procedures
