Job Type: Casual, 12-hour shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with complex behaviours
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for individuals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in working with individuals with complex behaviours
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are mandatory
- A valid driving license
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use a smartphone
- Must be willing to undergo an NDIS screening check or already have one
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts on **Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noble Park, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
