Digital Content Producer

**We are looking for an experienced content producer with a flair for digital production to join our growing team of marketing professionals.
This role is designed for someone who has experience crafting digital assets in particular - video, webinar/webcast, animation and other digital assets (website, brochureware etc.).

You will be joining a bustling, creative and enthusiastic marketing and communications team who work across all 4 brands that sit beneath the Lonsec umbrella. Within the team sits a broad set of skillsets and specialties - giving you the potential to grow and strengthen your own knowledge, as well as showcase your own skill set and shine in your niche.

You will be positioned in the Marketing team under the guidance of the Head of Marketing and PR.

Whilst this role is predominantly digital - there may be the occasional need assist in updating or improve our printed materials, such as training manuals, fact sheets or create brand assets for conferences.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Creation and editing of video for a variety of media platforms, including but not limited to eDMs, webinar, Website, client portals and social media
- Creation of artwork (graphic design) for a variety of channels, including social media platforms, our website and eDMs.
- Build and maintain brand and asset libraries (digitally and physically i.e camera equipment)
- Create and implement design templates.
- Assist in creation of design briefs for various business units
- Assist in creation and scheduling of eDM campaigns
- Assist in the creation, promotion and scheduling of webinars (digital events)
- Assist in planning content updates for our websites.
- Assist with design and implementation of various marketing and communications campaigns
- Assist with the coordination of marketing activities especially in the absence of other team members
- Assist in marketing tasks when needed

**Desired but not required**
- Experience with podcasting/webcasting
- Creation of scripts and storyboarding to plan content for video and audio production
- The ability to map customer workflows and implement changes for CRM, eDMs and website.
- Data analytics
- Prior knowledge of Salesforce

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- With a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a professional setting - regardless of whether you have worked in-house or as part of a creative agency
- A creative flair for visual storytelling
- A strong skillset in design, video and audio creation, and editing skills, especially using the Adobe suite, Canva and camera equipment.
- A friendly personality that enjoys working in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Consideration of time management to achieve outcomes.
- The ability to learn how to use systems quickly.
- Initiative to identify better and more efficient ways of working.
- A basic understanding of websites and content design

**Skills and Experience that Give you an Advantage**:

- Previous experience working in Financial Services
- Previous experience with a CRM (or similar tools).
