[Job Description]
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support our Investment team in the daily management and monitoring of the fund and other credit/income strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within the private credit and alternative investments space.

You will work closely with the fund manager, providing analytical, operational, and administrative support to ensure the effective management of investment portfolios and smooth execution of transactions.
- Assist in preparing portfolio reports, cash flow models, and pipeline trackers.
- Conduct credit analysis on prospective investments, including financial statement reviews and market research.
- Monitor portfolio performance, cash movements, and liquidity positions.
- Prepare periodic market updates and competitor benchmarking.
- Support investment pipeline management, including updating deal statuses and timelines.
- Assist in executing and settling transactions, liaising with trustees, fund administrators, and counterparties.
- Monitor and track covenant compliance, interest payments, and distributions.
- Prepare draft investor updates and assist with quarterly reporting.
- Maintain and update CRM and internal fund management systems.
- Coordinate documentation for new investments, redemptions, and rollover processes.
- Provide general support to the fund Manager and the broader investment team.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel proficiency preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of private credit, fixed income, or alternative investments is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15.2 - 38 per week
