**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Aspire is built around the belief that every child can learn, and support clients with a variety of learning impairments from infancy to adolescence, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADD/ADHD. **ABOUT THE POSITION**
Opportunity for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a collaborative and dynamic team. You will be responsible for the provision of therapy services in the implementation of programs and behaviour intervention plans for children, both in our clinic and in the community.
**DUTIES**
- Provide therapeutic services in clinical and community settings
- Provide high quality parent training and assist in presentations at training workshops
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with clinicians and clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the client program
- Conduct VB-MAPP, PEAK and ESDM assessments and write reports
- Build and maintain relationships with the clients, their families and other respective stakeholders
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with families
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well collaboratively
- Previous experience working with children
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 year minimum experience as a Behaviour Technician
- Bachelor of Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or other relevant degree OR 2 years full-time equivalent demonstrated experience as a Behaviour Technician or independent therapist
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold an NDIS check
- Willingness to obtain a police check
- Current driver’s licence and insured personal vehicle preferred

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
