**About the Roles**:We are currently looking for experienced Digger Maintenance Supervisors to join the SMS Team. We currently have positions available in The Pilbara FIFO from Perth. The position will see you supervising a team of field maintenance fitters (Diggers) for maintenance and repairs to ensure a high availability target is achieved.
- 8:6, 7:7 Roster
- Permanent Position
- Competitive rates including annual bonuses

**Skills and Experience**:

- Prior site based maintenance supervisory experience essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on developing effective relationships and team building
- Strong knowledge and exposure to Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr Mining Excavators
- integrity, reliability, and desire to achieve quality outcomes
- Previous AMT maintenance software exposure advantageous
- Possess strong time management and organisational skills
- Significant post trade experience in a Leading Hand / Supervisor role
- Strong commitment to Health and Safety
- Section 44 training
- Ability to effectively lead a team with a positive workforce culture
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate / Qualifications
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence
- Total commitment to safety
- Able to Pass Pre-Employment Medical
