Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is a non-profit organisation that is partnered with the Faculty of Business and Economics, and delivers an objectives-based program for massively scalable, seed-stage, science
- and technology-based companies. Its mission is to accelerate the commercialisation of science for the betterment of humankind. CDL is a global program with sites at Paris, Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Halifax, Seattle, Wisconsin, Estonia, Berlin, and Melbourne.

Monash Business School has identified Industry Engagement as a top priority and has developed a strategic plan to support this goal. As part of the implementation of this plan, the School is seeking a Lecturer (Practice) to lead efforts in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, creating new partnerships, and providing opportunities for staff and students to engage with industry.
