**About us**

JSME is a steel and metalworks fabricator in Dandenong South specializing in architectural cladding and structural steel for infrastructure projects. We work on some of Melbourne's biggest projects including the Westgate Tunnel and level crossing removal projects.

**Essential qualifications and experience**
- Relevant trade qualifications in metal fabrication / welding
- Proven demonstration of at least 3 years experience
- Full time position available

**Core tasks and responsibilities**
- Setting up and maintaining production schedule per job specifications
- Marking oof, fabricating, joining and assembling structural steel and
- constructing metal components for cladding, balustrade, handrail and others
- as required.
- Joining metal sections using high level of welding techniques, bolting and
- riveting
- Performing MIG, TIG and other types of welding techniques as per project
- requirements
- Carrying out detailed quality checks to ensure for the satisfaction of all
- standards and requirements
- Competent handling of welding and fabrication tools
- Complying with workplace health and safety regulations

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
