We are seeking a **Kitchen Supervisor** to take charge of our busy crumpet production kitchen in Caringbah that can maintain brand standards, food safety requirements and manage our kitchen.

- **Hourly Rate p/hour + Super**:

- **Minimum 1 years baking, kitchen or food production** **experience**

Exciting opportunity for experienced and enthusiastic kitchen supervisor that is passionate & motivated to lead our team producing the world’s best crumpets. Working in a fun and fast paced kitchen with friendly staff and highly established clientel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cooking and producing bakery lines within production kitchen;
- Ensuring all HACCP records are maintained;
- Preparing and planning production;
- Quality assurance of product;
- Stocktake, ordering within kitchen & warehouse;
- Cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained;
- Pick, pack & dispatching of wholesale and online orders;
- Record keeping of production sheets;
- Supervising & training staff;
- Assisting management with R&D.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
