- Drive the team towards their sprint goals by maintaining a well-prioritized backlog and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Use agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time) to track and report on the team's progress, highlighting potential areas for improvement.
- Remove obstacles and impediments, creating an environment where the team can focus on delivering their best work.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning within the cross-functional team.
- Promote transparency and accountability, ensuring that key project artifacts are kept up to date, and that the team is always aligned with project goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You are an experienced, proactive Scrum Master with a passion for empowering teams to reach their full potential. You excel in dynamic environments, and your leadership style inspires confidence and collaboration. You thrive on supporting your team to solve challenges and continually improve processes. We’re seeking:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, enabling you to guide teams towards delivering high-value software.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.
- The ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and create a high-performing, accountable culture.
- First-level Scrum Master certification is required, with second-level certification strongly preferred.

**Why You’ll Love This Role**:

- You’ll be at the heart of driving agile success, working with talented cross-functional teams that are dedicated to delivering exceptional software products.
