Sydney- Investment Banking- Permanent**We are seeking a Junior Equities Trade Support Analyst for the Australian office of our client, an institutional broker. You will be responsible for supporting the Trade Support/Middle Office manager in all aspects of Equities Bookings, Middle Office functions, and reporting.**
- Allocation of Australian and International client trades
- Sending client confirmations in a timely manner
- Preparation of FX executions
- Various Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of trade data
- Managing, allocating and monitoring all Australian Error and Warehouse positions
- Liaising with Clients, Brokers and Clearers on various trade and settlement related issues for Australian clients
- Logging of ongoing issues and ensuring these are followed-up until completion
- Often the first point of contact for both Client and Trader queries. All queries are to be followed through to completion
- Ensure all procedures are documented and kept up to date.

**Job Qualification and Requirements**:

- University degree qualified
- Preference for 1+ years’ experience in equity operations
- High regarded for attention to detail, accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly committed and self-motivated with a professional and assertive approach
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Desire to learn
